This staff continues to delete or cancel my wife’s prescriptions without calling us or letting us know. They continue to be rude and combative if we ask questions. No one ever takes accountability for their mistakes or behavior. We just have to be okay and accept being treated so poorly time and time again.

The people that work there are nice but you have to remember. If the pharmacy tells you 15 minutes 15 Walgreens minutes is about an hour in normal time

Walgreens Pharmacy, 31st and Harvard, Tulsa, OK – A Complete Disappointment I have been a loyal Walgreens pharmacy customer for as long as I can remember, spanning five states and countless locations. Walgreens has always been my go-to for convenience, consistency, and reliability—until today. My experience at the 31st and Harvard location has been so profoundly frustrating and disappointing that I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere permanently. The person who assisted me at the pharmacy seemed utterly incompetent. I should have had six prescriptions ready, yet I was only given three. When I questioned the discrepancy, it turned out I had four in total, but one was mysteriously missing. Instead of addressing the issue proactively, I had to return to the line and point out the error myself. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, this location somehow duplicated my profile in their system. The pharmacy staff claimed this "could not be corrected," which is both baffling and infuriating. Because of this duplicate profile, none of my FastPay information was linked to my account. As a result, I couldn’t use my FSA card and was forced to pay with my personal debit card—something I explicitly wanted to avoid. When I asked the staff member to update my profile with my phone number and correct the errors, I was met with resistance and excuses. He said he couldn’t add my phone number or fix the duplicate issue, leaving me unable to collect any points associated with my purchase. The level of disorganization and apathy at this location is staggering. Walgreens, a name I’ve trusted for years, has always stood for efficiency and customer service. This experience, however, was the complete opposite. If this is the level of service I can expect here, I will gladly find a new pharmacy that values its customers and provides competent, professional assistance. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. Walgreens, you’ve lost a long-time customer.
