I had a very necessary prescription called in last week. I’ve been calling them about every other day about it, and it took them 8 days before they even sent in the prior authorization request to the doctor and now they’re telling me it’s probably going to be another 5 business days. I asked a pharmacy tech in person yesterday and they said my doctor already had it and we were just waiting on insurance; which is not what they’re telling me today (and not what insurance told me); unfortunately, my doctors office is now closed and I can’t remedy the situation this weekend without going to the emergency room. They have a very convenient location and nice staff, but I’m beyond frustrated at this point.

This Walgreens is located at 7th & Houston and I would recommend this store to the other ones I've used , they are very nice and quick about filling my medications , my wait time is very minimal and the staff are very friendly , they have also ordered medicine I needed and I got those filled within 1 to 2 days , I appreciate that

Only walgreens I will recommend. They are super sweet and caring!!! They are great answering the phones and in person helping customers!

This Walgreens location is exceptional in their care of OSU Patients! I've been going to this location since they opened and I've always been taken care of by these amazing folks! I love that Walgreens reminds me it's time to refill my Rxs! I used to have to take care of that myself with another pharmacy. Thank you to everyone at this Walgreens for being so awesome!
