I'm very disappointed,every time I pick up a RX I'm in here adleast 30-45 minutes. And it doesn't seem to be linked to Walgreens main automated service. I refilled my prescriptions by phone the previous week,but the only one they had in the system was the 1 picked up here. I can never get anyone on the phone at this location, eventhough they look like a call center when you walk in( everyone is on the phone) If it wasn't for the fact that I can on get my injection here, I wouldn't deal with this location..there definitely making Walgreens look bad🤔

I would like to recognize Denise as a perfect example of a person that knows what true customer service means and demonstrates it at the highest level. I am a Multiple Sclerosis patient and the medication I take is literally a life sustaining product I’ve depended on for 24 years. In a recent instance I had run out of this medication and was on my way to pick up my new supply when I found myself caught in stopped traffic on the expressway. I called to tell Denise I would not be able to make it by the time the pharmacy closed. From reading my profile on the computer, she knew the importance of the medication I depend on and calmly told me to continue to make my way to the pharmacy. She said that the pharmacy would be locking the doors at closing time but because there was no copay needed, she would package my medication along with ice packs needed and wait for me outside the front door of the pharmacy until I arrived. Wow! Others should take note of the efforts taken by Denise to assure my essential medication got to me at a critical time. She should be recognized and appreciated! Bless you Denise!

Parking is an issue. But everything else seemed to go well. It was my 1st visit so experience is limited.

Great service ! They take the time to explain everything even coming out from behind the counter to show me how to administer my shots . I left feeling way less nervous and 100x more confident in giving myself shots at home !

My local pharmacy is amazing. They will turn the world upside-down to help me or any member of my family. I didn’t want to deal with any other pharmacy because of my loyalty to them, but they couldn’t carry my daughter’s specialized medication, so I was forced to deal with this pharmacy. It’s been two years. Two years of hearing kind, compassionate people asking how my daughter is doing on the medication. Two years of flawless delivery through a service, because we live almost two hours away. Except for this week. With ice storms in the state, the delivery was delayed. My daughter’s disease can’t delay medication. Though no fault of his own, Luke got in his car and drove a new order of medication to our front door. Our. Front. Door. This is an amazing place, and you’ll be taken of. Thank you so much, Luke. My daughter is doing well because of people like you.
