Walked in and wrote down all my info for them to transfer my prescriptions here…came in three days later to pick up and they lost all of my info. Never even created a profile for me. I came back the next week to pick up an rx they had to order for me, and I was the only customer standing at the register. I stood there for about 4 minutes while 4 people leisurely worked and talked about their lunch without even acknowledging me. Eventually a pharmacist noticed me when she walked by and checked me out. She was so sweet, I wish I would have caught her name.

I thought that switching from CVS to Ascension pharmacy would be difficult and a hassle but it’s made my life SO much easier. I can get my 30 day maintenance meds now 90 day supplies sent through the mail. I don’t have to drive to pick up anything. It was fairly easy to setup and very easy to get my refills. I’ll admit, I was reluctant at first, actually very disappointed to hear my pharmacy was changing after so many years, but this is so much better.

When I first found out that I needed to switch my medications to Ascension RX I thought it would be so much easier to have my medications shipped to my home and the app would help keep track of when I need to refill it. Unfortunately that’s not the case. I contact my doctors office they advise me to contact the pharmacy, the pharmacy transfers me to the doctors office without even asking me anything to find out exactly what I need so it gets me no where.

Watch out - they will lie to you on the phone and then when you drive there they will have no idea what you’re talking about. It’s absolutely frustrating. Get names. Track them. Watch for their lies or you’ll end up having to transfer everything. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

I get my medicine from the pharmacy there I love it there fast and cheap
