I’ve had multiple bad experiences at CVS Pharmacy, but this one finally pushed me to leave a review. Around 6:00 pm, I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Two employees then came to the window, put up a “Drive Thru Closed” sign, and walked away. No apology, no explanation, no courtesy. When I went inside, someone in line told me they were laughing as they closed the window. Completely unprofessional. If this were a one-time issue, I wouldn’t say anything, but this location is consistently rude. I would change pharmacies if I could, but my insurance requires me to use CVS. Customers deserve basic respect.

I love this location! Kaia, the pharmacist, is always so upbeat. She has a few noticeable disabilities, but it neither slows her down or detracts from her cheerful, friendly spirit. One of the best pharmacists I have encountered in over 60 years of my life.

Complete and total incompetence which has crossed the line into medical negligence and malpractice. I have an RX I need every 30 days, and when trying to renew that RX after 30 days, they say it's too soon. They receive a new RX from my doc and say it's too soon. They say the RX is filled, but it's too soon, but the RX needs action, but I can't request a refill, it's too soon, but it needs action, and endless back and forth of them not just don't what they're supposed to, actively preventing me from submitting my RX, and causing me to be totally without my medication. Furthermore, there have been several times I've been told my RX is ready, and when I go to pick it up I'm told they don't have it. Always the same girl. Yeah tell me she's not stealing those controlled substances and selling them.

My pickups are always quick and welcoming! I love when I get to have Yvanne at the drive through window! Always makes my pick up experience brighter and friendly.

This location is clean inside as well as provides a prompt and gracious experience on a consistent basis. If you encounter Yvonne in the window, tell her hello, if she is there. She is always very friendly which is a plus in that position.
