Amanda is THE BEST! I was getting ready to leave town the next day for over a week and came in to get some prescriptions filled. There were some issues getting some filled 2 days early and it was looking like I was going to have to miss a week of meds. Instead of just saying there was nothing more she could do, Amanda kept working on getting them to go through for me and she made it happen!!! NPS has several amazing employees, but Amanda, Becky, and Misty are true gems!!!

Horrible experience. Prescription was sent to them by online provider. 1st script came quickly, told refills automatically send. Had to call to get 1st refill. They sent it signaure required and FedEx wouldn't change delivery. I work so i had to take time off to be sure to be home for delivery. 2nd refill, the 800 number on bottle is out of service, local number only voicemail. Reached out to provider who said they are closed for holidays. I ended up running out of my Prescription and now am going to have to restart the whole process again to be able to get another Prescription.

Great to work with over long distances, ships medication very fast. They are always very kind & courteous when they need to followup with a phone call. Accepts my insurance bcbs of tx.

It is amazing that this company has a license to operate a pharmacy. This company's shortcomings pose a serious risk to the health of its patients. The ineptness of NPS is jaw-dropping. Their utter failure to provide a basic standard of care is unquestionable. Do NOT use this pharmacy. There is a myth that patients receiving certain state and federal aid MUST use this pharmacy. This is not true. You WILL regret using this pharmacy.

I have used NPS for almost 7 years and over the last 8 months they have completely screwed up everything. They fired the staff that was in place that wasn’t too bad to a new staff that is absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I called for over 2 weeks and no one will answer the phone nor will they call you back. I created an “online” account to speed things up for my refills and after doing so online I get a set time and date they will be ready for pickup. Well here I am sitting 24 hours after the time they was supposed to be ready and they still aren’t ready. The new woman at the desk is so rude and could care less about customer service or the email that is being shown to her of the confirmation is more interested in eating her Wendy’s.
