Overall, this is one of the better Publix that I’ve been to! The only downside is that it is very small compared to other Publix stores I’ve been to. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Because it’s in more of a city area, it can get extremely busy during the lunch hour. If you’re ordering subs, I recommend doing it in advance instead of waiting in the long lines. Also, beware that there is ZERO cell service in the store!

The pharmacists and staff at this publix are the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE! It is a smaller one but I go for the people- they are all so nice!!!!

Being out.of State, my prescription was not going to make it before I had to leave for Nashville. I called this Publix, & talked to D, he explained how to get my prescription at that Publix when I came into town. From Lisa, Lindsey, Silas, and all the Pharmacy People were absolutely fantastic! So customer service orientated! Absolutely the very best!! Thank you Publix of Nashville of at Capital

I had my prescriptions transferred here a few months ago. The pharmacist that was here then was kind and helpful one of the reasons I had them transferred here. The last few months when I have come in there’s been another pharmacist. She is terrible. I had my prescriptions refilled and prepaid online. I walk in today to get them and they were “restocked”. I was told I had to pay to get them. I explained that I already prepaid and showed my receipt on the Publix app and showed the transaction on my bank app with no reversal for the charge. I have to go without important medication for days until I get the prescriptions transferred and filled at another pharmacy because I’m not going to pay them again or deal with carelessness and ineptitude. Between groceries and medication I spend over $1k here a month and I will not be back to another Publix because of this. No excuse for this.
