Too many ball drops when it comes to receiving medication in a timely manner. Cross communication between Provider, Pharmacy, and Patient needs improvement. When patients bring up concern the young staff that answer the phone repeat information as if they are reading a script. They need to be properly trained in customer service, communication, and resolution skills.

Brooke Looney is the absolute best pharmacist! She always goes above and beyond for my Dad. She always returns calls, follows up with her patients, and always does what exactly what she says she will do! Thank you Brooke for always being so helpful during my Dads cancer journey!

Pharmacy has let me down. I was very happy with the pharmacy. Been with them for two years. Recently I have called seven times for my insulin refill and nothing. Today I am completely out of medication. Total disappointment.

They sent my son s meds thru ups next day business...so there it sits all weekend while he runs out and suffers ...hope he does not have seizures and dies....NEVER AGAIN

The experience started off wrong.. if i could give negative stars it would be that.. because there is an employee by the name of Nakia M who obviously hates her job and herself because she was absolutely rude... (she asked me to come to her booth by using a hand gesture for a dog or a child about to be chastised... then used her mouth to say rude things as well)..and when a mgr or sup was asked for she got belligerent.. and continued to yell thru the glass and down the hallway... this is a place where there may be people that are ill, in pain, out of surgery, etc... she should have a little more respect for others... if you don't like working the job then QUIT... you never know what kinda day someone is having.. so when working with the public post keep Your personal woes to yourself and put on a facade.. if you can't then STAY HOME..
