I want to recognize Sulan, the young lady went above and beyond to help me. Even when I was frustrated and upset, she remained kind, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and worked tirelessly to make sure I received my medication. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thank you, Sulan, for your outstanding customer service and genuine care.

I was greeted by Sulan at the Pharmacy and she was very friendly and got me taken care of as fast as she could.

Rude, condescending and disrespectful! I took my co worker up there to get Sudefed from behind the counter, per doctors instructions. Welll 1st of all, I was CLEARLY bothering them. 2nd the tech literally would NOT SHOW US THE DIFFERENT TYPES , then tried to just sell her a Walgreens brand antihistamine but that’s not what she was targeting!! I left Walgreens 6 yrs ago for these reasons!!

We waited for the clinic for 2 hours, not a single person was in front of us. They are really irresponsible.

Can't seem to process film. Had THREE people fiddle with the film, order form, etc for 10 min just to send it off? They said they would call when ready in 1 week. Didn't get a call. I had to call to check 10 days later Was put on hold till they "found" the photos..
