If 10 stars was an option that's what I would give this pharmacy, their staff and the people who work with them not even in Nashville. I cannot tell you how hard the people at this store worked to help me, not only get my prescription filled, but covered by my insurance. I also have to comment on how amazing my health insurance guy was, to follow through and make everything work. Honestly, I was about to give up on humanity in general and this team at the specialty pharmacy/compounding went above and beyond. They called, they texted me they made sure it got done. I'm so impressed. Thank you to everyone who made it happen. I was truly surprised by how far Walgreens went. I did not anticipate this from a chain store, WELL DONE!!!

If 0 stars was an option I would have. Every single thing I order does not come on time. I wait for hours on hold when I was called first. Please just use somewhere else. I don’t have enough words for the awful things including insurance fraud, questioning fraudulent charges but getting approved anyway, and absolutely cleaning out my bank account. Please use somewhere else.

THIS WALGREENS IS A SPECIALTY PHARMACY,WHEN U WALK IN THEY GREET ,U DONT HAVE TO WAIT LESS THAN A MINUTE,UNTIL SOMEONE GETS TO YOU,HAVING PROBLEMS WITH INSURANCE THEY DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO HELP,CHECK OUT IS SMOOTH AND THEY ALWAYS THANK U AND TELL U TO HAVE A GOOD DAY WITH A SMILE 😁😁 THATS WHAT MAKES ME ALWAYS COME TO THIS ONE THE TRY TO GET A SOLUTION TO EVERY ANSWER THAT U WOULD HAVE ABOUT YOUR MEDICINE

I had a great experience with this pharmacy. The pharmacist was able to process my insurance change and when there was an issue with the prescription she was dedicated in reaching the provider and ensuring I was on correct meds. Really appreciate her dedication and everyone on team was really sweet. Can recommend!

❤️ friendly service and quick with prescription! Definitely go to hear over other Walgreens for pharmacy needs!
