Good downtown CVS with plenty of products, a Minute Clinic, food, a Citi ATM, and good service. However, the entrance is on the side of the building, but when you are on the back of it, there are no signs saying to walk around the building to access it.

The Friendly staff are always so busy yet they always have smiles and are very helpful. Security is also very friendly and helpful.

Tigist is very friendly and helpful every time I go to this cvs. I hope yall pay her enough, or give her a raise. She deserves it with how much she helps, and what she has to deal with.

Don’t bother coming as most of their items are behind glass which employees need to unlock. I understand this is a theft deterrent, but when you don’t staff your stores properly I lose sympathy. And to the AI that’s going to respond to this comment. Thank you for bringing your specific apology to my attention.

Went into CVS due to a medical emergency. I was having an asthma attack and needed to pick up an inhaler. Went to the girl working on the floor and asked her if she knew where the inhalers were. She says nothing to me and after scrolling on her phone she tells me the aisle, did not lead me to them but it’s totally fine, she was busy organizing chips or whatever. After being unable to find one I went back to her short of breath and asked if she could help me find it or knew someone who would be able to help me. She looked completely put out by this and said “let me get my manager…” because I’m assuming that was too great a task for her to handle on her own. As I waited there the manager who was not much older than her came up and as I’m barely able to breathe I ask if he has anymore inhalers and he goes “oh…someone bought the last one…” which, very specific item to immediately know off the top of your head if it was gone without checking. Maybe he did which is fine if that’s true, but going into a place to find the most unhelpful and lethargic employees that would rather organize chips than help someone who kindly asked where a product was so he wouldn’t die and then pass it off to her manager who also showed little to no personality or professionalism is sad that’s what you have operating a place of business. The homeless guy outside had more personality than the two of them combined and if that’s the most help they can give to someone who looks like they are moments away from dying and needs help then they really shouldn’t have jobs. Never going back to that place again to have to suffer through the pathetic excuse for customer service.
