Stop in store on my lunch break. The lady that waited on me " Lavenne " was very pleasant and understanding and helpful of my need of locating what I needed. Lavenne is a very highly effective staff Associate and needed personnel for CVS Stores.

I was running Katy Trail and nature called. Number 2. That smoothie I had earlier was rushing the system. 😌 Denied entry at Katy Ice House for being shirtless, sprinted to my truck, then sprinted again into CVS like my life depended on it. Bathroom was clutch. TP was low but morale was high. Would recommend to anyone living an active lifestyle and flirting with disaster.

My experience is about the store, not a reflection on the staff. Sadly, for every paying customer there are at least one or two that come in, serve themselves, and get out. I saw this tonight with a couple of people just grabbing and going without paying, not a worry in their minds. People come in, take whatever they want, and simply leave. The staff said they have mentioned to corporate but nothing they can do. It has become unsafe, and I feel dumb honestly paying for stuff. I guess that's why CVS is so expensive. We are financing the rest. I am not going to go back, even when it's convenient, until I see serious change including a guard that can actually stop this. The store is also clearly understaffed, which means there's not a person by the register all the time, which makes the grab whatever you want-and-go without paying process so, so easy.

Hello! I came to this CVS to print some glossy documents. I called ahead to make sure they did same-day pick up, and they let me know the manager was on duty and it would be perfect timing if I needed help! I am familiar with the machines they use and had been waiting for the documents to load (slowly) when I asked the checkout clerk for help. She was checking out a friend of hers, as they were catching up and chatting for a couple minutes at the counter. Once she came over to help me she reset the machine and asked me to turn my wifi off, I did that in the control center of my Iphone, and she asked to see my settings. I said I had just turned my wifi off and she said “If you don’t want my help then fine” and threw both her hands up in the air and walked off. I went to pharmacy to ask for a manager and they let me know it was her. I then waited along with many other customers trying to check out, and she said “are you ready for my help now?” once done with them. I calmly let her know that “ma’am. I obviously wanted your help as this tone is unacceptable and as the manager for this company, you need to have some decorum” She tried to tell me it was just how she talks, but throwing your hands up and walking away just because you didn’t realize I did exactly what you asked? I would love this video footage to be rewatched by this worker. All for some $3 photos. CVS needs to consider who they want to be the face of their company ESPECIALLY if they can’t staff their stores to take some of the edge of of them at LEAST. Absolutely unacceptable.

Iam beyond disappointed with the service I received at this location today around 3:40 PM. I was on a limited break from work and simply needed assistance with a locked item. After waiting for quite a while, I pressed the call button a second time to ensure someone was coming so I could get back to my job. The employee who finally showed up, Levenne, I believe her name was. She was incredibly hostile and rude from the start Instead of just helping me, she immediately started lecturing me and catching an attitude because I pressed the button twice, saying, "You're not the only customer."I even apologized and explained I was in a hurry, but she wouldn't let it go and kept being aggressive. When I asked her to lower her tone and stop being disrespectful, she just kept going off. It is honestly shocking to see an employee act so immature and unprofessional toward a customer.I ended up getting her name and walking away because I’m not going to argue with an adult who doesn't know how to do their job. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Levenne needs a serious reality check on how to treat people.
