This CVS experience was great . They focus on getting the Pharmacy part of the business right with great customer service. The pharmacy tech was genuinely interested in providing a great experience. Every CVS should be a great Pharmacy first and then also a convenience store. Too many chains are now confused, calling themselves a Pharmacy and their primary focus and product offerings are convenience store focused. Thanks Pharmacy Team!

Friendly, fast and accurate! Imho, with my Many experiences. Their pharmacy associates are always there to actually help! Updated on 15.11.25, Every once in a while, they show a genuine 'caring'. For me it's a rare thing. This place is still Awesome! :)

Everyone who works the pharmacy seems like they are having a bad day. I guess they don’t teach customer service in Pharmacy school. They seem so short, and it’s always like your bothering them. Try a smile and a greeting, I promise it will make your day better and your customers happier

Extremely rude male answered the phone this morning around 9:20. He had an accent similar to that of an Asian male. I politely explained to him that I was calling regarding having my prescriptions transferred. I asked him for my prescription number. He told me to call another pharmacy & give my name & birthday. I told him I tried that but no answer constantly. So I needed my prescription number to simply make the transfer myself online. He yelled at me abruptly to do as he instructed. I inquired again for my prescription number. He facetiously said, “Hold on.”, & hung up in my face. How on Earth is he doing anything with medicine OR customer service? He’s obviously lacking both up top in the head & below. What a miserable excuse for a health care employee, man, & human being, in general.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. You’ll wait on hold for 45 minutes or more sometimes. And then they routinely screw up prescriptions or leave them out. Often takes 2-3 trips and multiple phone calls with hours on hold just to get something simple. Have walked in after 45 minutes on hold and seen 5 people standing around with no patients waiting on prescriptions so no reason for them to be that lazy.
