I have been a customer of CVS for 3yrs. only. It was difficult in the beginning. I was so used to my old pharmacist. So getting through some challenges, it is so much better.

The pharmacists here are caring and knowledgeable. They took time to answer my questions and found a coupon for my prescription. Their delivery service is a lifesaver when I’m not feeling well.

This CVS has improved considerably in recent years. In particular the pharmacy is now well run and Greg is outstanding. Frequently there is no one to check you out and you have to go hunting for someone.

I love the CVS Pharmacy on Gaston in Lakewood. The pharmacist and staff there are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They truly go the extra mile to help you find the right over the counter medicine, answer questions about a prescription, and suggest additional remedies for you are particular malody. There's parking both in the front and back of the store, so it's easy to get to from either side. It's right on the corner of Gaston and Abrams so easily visible from the street. it's convenient for picking up household items when you don't have time for a full shopping trip or snacks for when you're knocking around town. I always seem to get in and out of there fairly quickly even when there are few customers in the store. I take the staff there truly puts the customers first.

Not the worst pharmacy but leaves a little to be desired. Slow response time and no place to actually wait in line other than the isles. Very congested and pharmacy employees seem disinterested and are very slow.
