These two people working the pharmacy this morning are really rude. They nonchalantly made verbal and visual hints making fun of me. I’ll have to change my pharmacy.

I will have to say the customer service has greatly improved in the pharmacy. There was a time where I would have never ever sent my prescriptions here bc they never had the information correct, ready or on file but they are doing much better now and the drive through is a bonus when you have kids in the car! Also, CVS you could use a bit of a store refresh in all your locations. It just always feels dirty inside. That's why I prefer the drive through.

I used to use the CVS at Stacey Road and Angel Parkway in Fairview/Allen TX. the store was always very clean and the pharmacy was really on the ball. The store I visited in Dallas, not so much.

I have been very impressed with the timeliness, friendliness & courtesy of the CVS pharmacy staff every time we need to visit the CVS pharmacy at 6120 Mockingbird Ln (Mockingbird & Skillman) Dallas, TX location. The customer service is always great at CVS…especially when compared to Walgreens right down the street! We appreciate the staff at this CVS location. Thanks!! :)
