Came here to get a few things, and the cashier had a attitude ringing up our things. She mumbled under her breath the whole time. The young man that helped put the thing in a bag just smiled at her. Then when she was done I handed her the idem that was behind the basket and my husband told her oh sorry that too. She then said uh-uhhh. Then got it and rang it up. What was her problem?? That is your job young lady. We were polite. This customer service was very unprofessional and uncalled for Kaitlynn. Perhaps more training is needed.

The pharmacist that works here is BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! From the time I called to check the status of my prescription the day after my doctor sent it over.. She was so rude to me on the phone and informed me they were out of one and had to order it and they would call me when it arrived. I called back the next day because they NEVER called me to let me know that my prescription had arrived! when I get there I try to use my GoodRx coupon and she tells me I will have to come back the next day because it was close to closing time and she would have to re-process my prescription. This is beyond unprofessional and rude. I expect more from such a nice location!!! I will be sending my refills to a different pharmacy! I literally live across the street and will HAPPILY make the drive to a different pharmacy for better customer service!

Best pharmacists ever!! Sam is truly such a kind and caring soul. Their systems were down and were unable to fill my prescription until the next day and Sam got there early that morning to call me and let me know the system booted up. So grateful for pharmacists like him :)

They charged me doble for topo chico water, then they send me to customer service, a person named Javon gave me a big attitude, then he canceled the extra payment that they had charged, I checked on my bank account if the money was back and it wasn't, then I have to follow the same person and I let him know about my money, then he told me that it would take 10 days to get my money back, they would have asked me before if I wanted my money back in cash before returning to my debit card since it was your mistake not mine 😠
