Hire more staff. I have to call monthly to check on the stock of my medication and being on hold 40 min for the system to automatically hang up is ridiculous. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable but spread so thin and has been especially noticeable the past few years. I only choose this location due to 24/7 availability but getting my prescriptions is absolutely painful. Do better for your employees. 5/4: Actually, after my experience today, I will not be nice. Some staff is absolutely incompetent, has no idea about medication supply, make promises they can't keep, and give incorrect information. I am officially done trying to use this place.

The pharmacy team is great. They move as quickly as they can go. Service can be slow…but it’s always thorough and with care. I wish people would be a little nicer! They are the middle man for the most part. Be sweet :) You get what you give. Especially at probably one of the busiest pharmacies in town. @Walgreens - give them all a raise.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at the Walgreens pharmacy. Last week, my doctor sent a prescription to this location. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it was not ready. I waited for some time and eventually left. I returned approximately 45 minutes to an hour later, and the prescription was still not ready. After spending several hours trying to pick it up, I left again. Later that day, I received a text message stating that the prescription was ready, but I was unable to return because I was traveling. When I came back today to pick it up, the pharmacy staff told me I would need to wait for another text message for the refill. I politely asked if they could provide an estimated time so I would not have to wait for hours again, but I was told they did not know and that I would simply receive a message when it was ready. This lack of communication and inability to provide even a rough timeline is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Customers should not be expected to repeatedly wait for long periods or make multiple trips just to pick up a prescription. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope Walgreens addresses these issues to improve customer service and reliability at this location.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. The technician didn’t even allow me to say hello on the phone before she cut me off asking my name and DOB. 4 cars waited in the drive through line for so long before getting help.

I give up :( I’ve tried to pick up my script at several different times and the line is always so so long. It doesn’t seem to move ever. At all times of the day and evening. It’s literally faster to transfer it out at this point. Been without it this long.
