If you hate your job so much, why work here? I sat waiting in the drive-through behind one car for a while and pulled up to the window and they closed early for lunch and were so rude about it and just hung up the phone. My prescription was ready and would’ve been very quick. I don’t live anywhere nearby and it was way out of my way to come out here. 0 for customer service.

Absolutely the most rude pharmacy staff and pharmacist you will ever encounter. Do not under any circumstances, bring your prescriptions to this pharmacy. They were absolutely incompetent and inept and horrible service. (Allana (sp) needs to be terminated. I submitted pharmacist name and recording of call to Walgreens HQ and Texas pharmacy board.

Incompetent staff with a terrible attitude. I transferred my prescriptions to this location. I called to refill a prescription and I was told they didn't have it. I asked what was the procedure I needed to go through to have it transferred from another pharmacy. I was told I needed to call the other pharmacy and have them handle it. When I called the original pharmacy I was told that was incorrect. The pharmacy I wanted the prescription transferred to is supposed to contact the previous pharmacy. I called the Walgreens pharmacy back and they did have my prescription. I wasted 30 minutes of my time on hold with pharmacies because of incompetent staff. I am sure they are busy but maybe Walgreens needs to step up their game. This was a poor experience.

I have had consistently wonderful experiences with the Pharmacy staff, they have been incredible!! Wendy has gone “above and beyond” monthly to make certain my medication coupon is accepted. The difference means a savings of $250.00 to me. I so appreciate all of her support! It takes effort and patience on her part to make this happen. I am grateful to her for all that she does!! The rest of the staff is just as kind and helpful. This is a magnificent location, I can’t say enough positive comments about ALL of them!!

I was told the PX will be ready in 1 hour, so I came back in 4 hours, just to be sure. Then I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. This lady gave me a mean look, saying 'WE'RE BUSY!'. I understand that, but at least be nice about it. At least, please let me know that I will receive a text, and that it's not ready until I get the text, but she told me nothing. Customer waiting time, or customer making extra trips back and forth the pharmacy is NOTHING to them. Her supervisor was rude too, so I think it is their culture at this location.
