This is quite honestly the WORST pharmacy in the city. Every time I come here there is an isssue. The male African American pharmacist and the older female mexican pharmacist specifically. There is always a mishap and an issue every time they are here. The poor pharm techs that work under them seem to do worse when they’re around as well. They are extremely inconsistent and under prepared, rude, and they lower the value of the CVS pharmacy department as a whole. Disappointing truly. I have been trying to permanently remove this pick up location from my doctor’s office for a while. CVS really needs to rethink who they hire. Just because you have a degree/certification doesn’t mean you’re a good hire for a job. I know I’m not the only person that has had issues with this specific location.

Always a great experience! I have never been disappointed. Scripts are always ready on time and super fast. Today, for example, I was picking up a script and another one was coming due. The pharmacist filled it right there in less than 1 minute just to save me a trip in 3 days. It is worth getting out of my car to come in and pick up my scripts because the service is always so good. Thank you guys! Please set an example for the rest of the pharmacies out there :)

The staff here are incredible but the pharmacy frequently closes before the posted closing time. I rushed to get there before they closed at 6pm and when I got there at 5:30 they were already closed. I really needed my medication today so it would be nice to be able to rely on their posted hours.
