The customer service over the phone leaves a lot to be desired. Whenever I call, the girls who answer sound annoyed to be speaking with you, and the greeting is often mumbled or hard to understand. First impressions matter, and that initial interaction sets the tone for the entire experience. Skip, the pharmacist, is great. The handful of times I’ve spoken with him, he’s been pleasant, professional, and genuinely willing to answer questions thoroughly. It’s always a positive interaction. However, the front staff are the first point of contact and the face of your business. Their tone and professionalism directly reflect your brand, your standards, and how much you value your customers. I strongly encourage additional customer service training so the phone experience matches the level of care provided by the pharmacist.

I have been going to Daniel Drug for over a decade now. I can say, without any exaggeration, that they are hands-down the best pharmacy in Fort Worth. They are lightning-fast in filling my prescriptions; there’s really nothing quite like it. This is the pharmacy experience I remember from my childhood. Friendly people who know you by name. Basically, it’s the “Cheers” of pharmacies. Five stars all around!

I will never give my money to Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens again. Thank god for Daniel Drug. Affordable drugs when you need them without insurance. So sad that big pharmaceutical companies have bankrupted families because they haven’t found a compounding pharmacy like Daniel’s. 10$ for a script that cost 30$ at cvs. I’m telling everyone about this place.

Grabbing medication was a pain due to lady asking what to do each step of the way. Then it was the wrong type i needed so i returned it only to be harrased into buying other options when i already said at the beginning of the return convo that i can get them at work and only came for one thing and still gave me a hard time saying I’d waste their time if i dont purchase anything.
