Encore is an awesome pharmacy! They were attentive, responsive, and took the time to address all my questions to make sure I was completely comfortable with what I was receiving. You can tell that the entire team genuinely cares about the needs of their customers. 100% recommend!

Encore Pharmacy in Fort Worth truly stands out as one of the best pharmacies in the area. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and make sure every patient’s needs are met. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to take the time to answer questions or provide guidance about medications and treatments. I have been waiting on a prescription to be refilled, however I called this morning and spoke with Elizabeth G who was bright, attentive and gathered all information while i was on the phone. She figured out the issue and has my med shipping to be here Wednesday. I am THRILLED with her customer service. I could use one of her on my teams!

Do not recommend. I think it's awesome that they have a pharmacy that can receive controlled RXs from out of state. My issues are: - There's no way to leave a voicemail outside of business hours - I once waited on hold for over an hour to talk to someone during business hours - They were unable to source one of my medications. Okay, that happens. They said to call back the next month to see if they could source it, so I did. They confirmed they could get it, confirmed they could fill the name brand. Great! Had my doctor send it over there. Called back a couple days later to make sure everything was good, I was told they had my RXs, and they could deliver them to me by what is now today, Wednesday (I called them Monday). Great. Except i see I got a voicemail today telling me that their wholesaler no longer sources the medication that I need, so my doctor needs to send it somewhere else, causing another week's delay in me getting my medication. What?! Can't source it, that sucks, but fine. But to confirm, TWICE, that you could, and then tell me when it's supposed to reach me that you can't, is NEGLIGENT, to me. Also, I know someone who gets the same mediation from them every month and a slightly higher dose, so I really don't think it's that their wholesaler no longer sources it. Regardless-- if you absolutely have to use them, it's cool they exist. Over the several months that I tried, two of my medications did end up getting to me via mail one month, which was cool. But overall? An inconsistent headache with logistics that clearly need a whole lot of cleaning up, now responsible for me going without medication that I need. EDIT to add: Oh, I forgot that before they told me they couldn't get my medication last month, they had me jump through like six hoops saying the issue was with my insurance and needing a prior authorization (I've been on this medication for years), which led to my doctor's office and I both spending hours on the phone with insurance, following up to hear it was still "being processed" for weeks, and then eventually being told there was nothing to process, it was just that they couldn't source it. Which they could have told me in the first place. Except they can still get the same medication for others. So.
