I just had an unbelievably awful interaction at the pharmacy with who is apparently the owner. I was with Tower for years and will not be going back. I'm actually floored at how cold and disrespectful he was. There are far friendlier local options who will treat you with respect and dignity and deserve our business.

This store stocks the very common home health medical supplies that most people need. I come in to purchase disposable under pads for my mom who lives with me. The customer service is very excellent.

Tower Medic had closed early for the holiday but noticed that I had arrived to pick up a prescription. They came back into the store to give me my prescription. That was so kind, excellent customer service. Thank you for the amazing help. Happy New Year.

Wonderful pharmacy, that does a fantastic job with delivery, and has great customer service. I feel like the people who work here actually care about their customers.
