Great store staff, but the pharmacy is a major letdown, I have mixed feelings about this location. On one hand, the general floor staff are wonderful and very helpful. However, the pharmacy department is a consistent issue. Even when my doctor calls in prescriptions well in advance, they are never ready when I arrive. I’ve had to wait 45–50 minutes in-store for just two medications. To make matters worse, getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible—I’m either left on hold indefinitely or the call is never answered. When I finally do speak to someone, they are rude, especially when I ask about potential discounts. It’s a stressful experience every time.

Pharmacy manager Carmen negatively impacts their team and is rude and inconsistent with customers. Several negative encounters with her so much that I changed my supply so I could limit how much I’d have to run into her. Can’t believe Walgreens still employs her.

Susan, you are a lifesaver you really helped me and I got my medicine quickly and I told you my situation about the last Walgreens on Lancaster. They are horrible rude And definitely hang up in your face and have you waiting for a long period of time from my experience so I recommend this Walgreens thank you

It is a clean and tidy store, the only thing is that some cashiers are rude or impatient when it comes to receiving coupons from customers, except for a cashier named Diego who is patient and kind. I clarify: there are other good employees, but I don't know their names. Thanks to the few, but good employees receive the 5 stars.

Went to the drive thru yesterday and it took almost 10 mins for someone to come to the window and there was nobody at the counter inside so it wasn't because they were helping other customers. Then todaymy wife went in for other meds and she waited forever too
