I am staying at the Omni Hotel down the street for graduation. My insulin pump stated it had a malfunction i called the pump company they are replacing the pump. I had extra insulin with me all I needed was an insulin syringe. I called and spoke to a staff member in the pharmacy (I later was told it had to be Remi by another employee) I had called in advance while I wanted for my car to be pulled around to the front of the hotel. I told him the latest I would be there is 915 mind you he kept me on the phone and offered little compassion to my situation. I also work in healthcare at the bedside and I am well aware that it can be a difficult job. But after I explained my situation there was zero compassion or understanding. The AACP Oath literally states pharmacists are to be agents of change in the system of pharmacy practice and beyond. The company Walgreens also has a core values that was also violated. Trust, Care, Innovation, Partnership and Dedication every single one of theres words shows a committed to excellence none of these words would have left a visitor from another city in a hardship of situations. This will not be the last time I write about this. To stress my point I purchased gum just so I could have the store #, a physical time stamp, and all store identifiers at my disposal. Walgreen's #05961 I look forward to your call. I would not trust this pharmacist in the least.

The staff in the pharmacy are kind and attentive. Sometimes when my prescriptions are low, I get a call from them. Remi, the pharmacist, always has a smile and answer prescription questions in in words the customer understands. I’ve used this Walgreens almost 19 years and I’m very satisfied.

Made an appointment for my Covid vaccine and waited over 30 mins for something that takes 5 all while they kept filling prescriptions and taking care of other customers. Worst service ever! Then get attitude from pharmacy manager just because I brought it to their attention that I had been there for a while. Why have Walgreens as an option to get your Covid vaccine when they don’t even care to give it to you and just have you wait until they want to finally assist you. Just kept walking back and forth. Could at least said it will be a while or something but nope. Didn’t even say one word til 35 minutes later.

Horrible customer service at this pharmacy. The pharmacist herself is very unprofessional and has an attitude. Im in the medical field so I know how customers should be treated. I asked for a certain medication and when I picked it up it was different from what I requested. It would have been nice to know they do not carry the medication I requested before I paid money for something they would not take back. Horrible communication at this pharmacy. Choose a different one!

If I could give a 0 star review I would.I was picking up my online order and this employee named Karl was assisting me to get my order and I felt like she was discriminating me because she made comments about how people with Hispanic names can go in there and steal the orders.
