I hate to do this because it is my go-to store, and I live within walking distance. This is the front side and NOT THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT. It was my first time using coupons because I always shop, so I decided that i might as well put it to use. As i finished shopping, I looked at the line, and to the left is check-out and to the right is self-check out. I followed and asked a Hispanic gentleman if i could please check out politely. He informed the next person was next, and i responded politely that i was following the line and actually gave her a sign to go ahead. Well, she insisted that it is okay. The man/cashier didn't have a pleasant attitude. I asked him politely if i could use my coupons since it is my first time. He just quickly asked for my phone number, then i asked again Can I use my coupons, no answer, he took it out of my hand and scanned it with a negative attitude, and crumbled the receipt coupon afterwards. What if i needed to use the other coupons? What if i needed my receipt back? Anyway, i proceeded to say thank you, and he didn't respond. I've been in customer service for 18+ years. I was polite to you; you should act the same way! Be a better human being!

I wish your drive thru wasn’t such a tight squeeze for a van. My urgent care doc loves prescribing through yal because of the 24/7 service

Extremely unprofessional service. I was given incorrect information about a partial fill that I received on 12/13/25 and then treated with condescension and rudeness when I requested to pick up the remainder. The pharmacist on duty at 11pm on 12/20/25 showed zero empathy or professionalism and only repeated over and over to take it up with my insurance. People like this should not be working in the healthcare field. CVS needs to do better—this is healthcare, not customer inconvenience.

The Pharmacy staff at this location is incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and kind. They take the time to offer help and we’ll go the extra mile with each and every customer. Steve C is always patient and knowledgeable with our queries. My husband and I have consistently had excellent experiences at this pharmacy.

This location is a total life saver. I needed an emergency prescription order and they knew which steps to take in order to get that done. I truly appreciate the pregnant pharmacist as she was so kind and comforting throughout the process. I'm sure she is or will be a phenomenal mother. Thank you all for helping me in my time of need.
