This is the worst CVS ever! Two times I’ve had issues with them and my medication. I call to find out about refills and they give me a date that I can go pick it up. Then the day of I call to confirm and they tell me the insurance said I can’t pick it up until a couple of days later. So I go back a couple of days later and now they’re telling me the insurance said I can’t pick it up for another couple of months. So the two times I called and went to the pharmacy nobody knew this until today!! Doesn’t make sense at all.

I really like the CVS having them in the neighborhood. Great pharmacy and store workers. Always very helpful. They greet you when you enter the store. If I have an issue with the prescription, they make an appointment to call to get it rectified.

The gentleman that assisted me when picking up my medication was so polite, well mannered, very respectful, kind and made my pickup experience at the counter very pleasant. I sometimes dread picking up in store due to the long lines, but yesterday went smoothly! Thank you sir for your service and assistance! I hope the gentleman that assisted me at the pharmacy counter gets the recognition he deserves for his dedication and commitment to what he does and also for the outstanding customer service!!!

CVS pharmacy is really a good place to get you medicine and they always remind you about your refills. The pharmacy there is really professional and she will make sure that you understand the medication that is given to you. I always go there for my medication.
