Staff is very nice. Store is very clean but they no longer have a pharmacy. Couldn’t get Sudafed which is the only reason I went. Google and CVS app still show this as an operating pharmacy but it’s not.

I get most on my Rx here. It is a busy place. Pharmacists are the best,especially John n Tay. Many staffers in the store are great n it is convenient. Limited parking but available in building

👍 The staff is very polite. 👎 The posted pharmacy hours are inconsistent. The sign says the pharmacy opens at 7, only to find out it opens at 8am. For anyone with a 8-5 job, that's late. And given the area this store serves, that's most of their customer base. 👎 It can be really hard to get your meds here. And since this is the only location in Downtown (real Downtown) those of us who live here have to just cope with it or go out to other locations to get our meds. 👎 They cancelled or returned my prescription to the shelf after I had been waiting well over a month for them to notify me it was available. I received no notice it was available, despite being registered, and I had to ration my meds. I have to get my doctor to resubmit the prescription, so I hope THIS TIME it's available *AND* I get a notice of availability... because I can't afford to keep walking in every damn day for no reason to see if my prescription is ready. I might as well get my meds off the street, FROM A DRUG DEALER, because it's more reliable.

I live right next door to this CVS and it's very convenient when I'm in need of some minor groceries or nick nacks. It was built a few months back and I'm glad it came. It's just like your normal CVS PHARMACY providing everything a drugstore has to offer. From all your hygiene needs and even photo prints to icecream when you're having some munchies. Talk about convenient. The clerks are informative and nice. And they have mostly everything I need so far!
