Very poor communication. I had a time-sensitive prescription. I resolved the insurance issue immediately and was told the order would be submitted, but it never was and I received no follow-up call. Because of prescription deadlines, this caused me to miss my pickup window and delay my treatment. A simple callback could have prevented this. Ps. I called to ask what happened that resulted me to not get my prescription but they tried to flip it on me when it was them being negligent. 04/03/2026 update CVS pharmacy’s negligence cost me money and time. Their error caused me to miss my pickup window , forcing me to repeat a test and doctor visit at my own expense. 3X…This is unacceptable, especially for a medication with strict requirements. Patients should not have to pay for a pharmacy’s mistake. I will not be using this location again.

The service provided by the pharmacy staff has been very disappointing. Almost every week they claim there is a “power outage,” which causes their system to go down. After waiting 20–30 minutes for my medication, I’m often told they are unable to process it due to this issue.

Today 10/112025 930am I tried buy a Zyrtec for my allergy but the black lady pharmacy employee didn't sell me my medicine because she needed Texas ID for make my shop, I showed her my native country ID. But she told me that I need Texas ID for buy It's ridiculous I said her my BOD but she didn't sell me. Bad customer service. I Never will come back to any CVS store. Walgreens is better because I only take my Zyrtec so quick. Awesome!!!!!

Used to be my favoorite store at one time.After Jeff B buyout retail prices at CVS have sky rocketed.Thanks to the ultra greedy Jeff Bezos Cheers to Mckensie who is probably the worlds greatest philanthropist..

I have been with this e by location since 2019. All the staff knows me by my name and they're just a great, friendly and customer experience excellent
