They've always been nice to me and professional, both drive through and inside. The only issue I have is honestly the Studemont/Montrose construction, which obviously isn't their fault. But I still prefer to deal with that horrible traffic instead of changing my pharmacy.

Rude!!! Fix yall attitude. I was completing a customers order for the Roadie app and not only was the order NOT READY but the two ladies at the desk were unnecessarily rude. Maybe you all need to not have a third party help you all deliver medications from this location. Your customer service SUCKS! And I’m not even a “Karen” type of person to leave reviews like this often.

Every Kroger pharmacy I go to has been awful in filling my prescriptions. Yes, the staff are completely friendly and do their best. But WHY does Kroger not begin to fill a prescription until I show up to pick it up? I've never had this problem at any other pharmacy; in fact, other pharmacies go out of their way to get it filled and then let me know it's ready for pick up! They even fill my refills BEFORE I need to remind them. The only reason I continue to use Kroger is because my insurance isn't taken elsewhere.

ON 9/5/22 @ 8:30pm I went to register 15 at the kroger on 1440 Studemont St, Houston, TX 77007. The cashier and security guard we carrying on a long drawn out conversation with 2 customers in front of me. I didn't say anything while the customer was there because it was not their fault that the cahier and security guard were talking. here's my issue, the cashier would scan, stop and talk. this register was the ONLY one open minus the self check outs. But I had too much stuff to go through the self checkout. yes the customers also had lots if items but the issue is the conversations were slowing down the cashier. I heard the cashier ask the customers ( a husband and wife) if they had kids. they said no and she ( the cashier said- I have 3 kids , you shouldn't have kids. the conversation was so long and inappropriate. they even started talking about strippers. and the male customer says " oh we know what she ( the cashier) will be doing later" and the security guard said " you have to do what you have to do" This conversation slowed down the transaction so much that I looked back and there were 3 other customers waiting in line. The cashier never looked our way, never tried to hurry up. she purposely went slow . Here is the real issue: when I FINALLY was able to get checked out, the cashier seemed annoyed that I actually waiting to get checked out . I asked the security guard if he was the security guard there and he started to argue with me saying he was doing his job. I told him that I hope nothing bad is happening in the other side of the store while he's standing here at the register slowing down the cashier while having these long drawn out conversations. he actually told me I wasn't allowed to come back to the store. I hate this Kroger but had hopes the pharmacy was ran better. Guess what they are not. I love CVS but due to changing insurance was forced to go to Kroger. The pharmacist is down right rude. It took them three days to transfer a script from CVS. This go around doc called my refills in to Kroger directly. I ran by to pick up, well they some how missed processing one of them. Offered to rush it will be ready in 30 mins. That’s rushing? What really tops of my frustration is the cost. I filled a nose spray at CVS in Jan. (Doc called into wrong pharmacy) so I just went with it and paid no insurance it was $17. Same nose spray at Kroger $20. I get it’s only $3 but just adds to the dissatisfaction of this enter location. The District and Regional manager should be fired for letting the service abs over poor quality of good sold go on this long. Shame on you!
