Welcome to Walgreens on Smith street, please meet Ashley, one of the nicest cashiers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Ashley has an awesome attitude, which as you know is not easy to do. But for Ashley it seems to be second nature because it comes from her heart. She's always positive, professional, personable, knowledgeable about the store and its products and goes to second Mile to help her customers. Thanks Ashley for being you!

Two visits to pharmacy and ALL the staff dealing with prescriptions trained to see customers in line and continue doing whatever they are doing and not verbally or physically acknowledge you're present. I'm not saying stop what they're doing but don't ignore my arrival for greater then 3 minutes each time. Don't interrupt them because you may not get your script. I called about an escript to be filled and was told they are going to work on it and will call. 2.5 hours later went to store no one customers in pharmacy. Asked for script and still told I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be filled now almost closing time. I would have thought since I called and asked if script was received, and said I will pickup today that it would have made them prioritized filling it. A team member was mopping area for closing. So essentially I would not have gotten my prescription yesterday if I wouldn't have went to store and physically asked and waited for it! Customer service training is much needed in Pharmacy. The other workers and manager long gray hair older man were WONDERFUL!

This is my favorite Walgreens the staff is amazing ! Mr Mike always a great help and friendly. This is the best Walgreens I’ve gone too and I appreciate everyone who works there.. this is not an easy location but they do there best to make sure they give amazing service

For the sake of the pharmacist Emmanuel PLEASE get all new pharmacy techs. It must be hard having to answer every little thing, investigate and resolve every issue by himself. This is a two day ordeal. Yesterday I came to the pharmacy after my doctor sent over a prescription and after waiting for 1 hour and 23 minutes in a line of 4 people . I was given some reason why I could not get my prescription in the end I was only able to retrieve some of my prescriptions. I asked the pharmacy tech if they had the last prescription available. She stated that I would have to come in person and follow up on the prescription the following day because they have Tuesday as their fulfillment date. I asked her if I’m signed up for Walgreens text calls and alerts. Is it possible that they can alert me on the prescription is ready and said no . It’s now 24 hours later. I’ve returned to the pharmacy to follow up and I provide my name and birthday to pick up my script or to inquire on it being ready. Today’s pharmacy tech starts asking me the dosages of the medicine etc which I did not know so I urged her to simply look at my profile . She then states that I can’t fill the prescription for another month because it says that I filled the prescription yesterday and I had to clarify with her. Thankfully, the same two staff members that were working yesterday were also working today so I told her to ask the pharmacist she then went on to say that she’ll have to run the cameras back to look as opposed to asking her superior . Insisting that I picked up the prescription last night. I clarified with her like hey I was told you guys only fulfill this certain prescription on Tuesdays please ask the Pharmacist . When she asked him, He stated that he personally ordered the prescription yesterday and it’s not even ready yet so apart from being accused as drug seeking and wasting over an hour of my life yesterday and just the overall incompetence, he’s grossly underpaid for the job that he’s doing, and Walgreens should do better than that. Anyway I will have to follow up on a full week for my new prescription.

Went in to buy cosmetics. Hope assisted me and explained the differences in certain products compared to others. I ended up buying some sunscreen that doubles as makeup and other toiletries. She knows her products. It was refreshing to have someone that knowledgeable at that store.
