Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience. I was in extreme pain and needed my medication urgently, but they told me it was unavailable. They claimed my prescription would be transferred to another 24-hour Walgreens, yet no other location could find my information. Their lack of coordination and professionalism delayed my treatment, and the pharmacist was very rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

They finally got new management and it’s a night and day difference. Vastly better than it used to be. Faster, friendlier, and just better overall. Glad to see the change, it was desperately needed.

I want to start off by saying the people in the pharmacy I guess tried to help but really didn’t. My wife had a serious surgery and had her prescription (which is a common painkiller) sent to this pharmacy the day before the surgery. They had over 24 hours to fulfill this prescription and or let us know it would not be available. I went in after the surgery to pick all of it up and they said it wasn’t ready. Okay no problem. They said “give me an hour and everything will be ready.” This was at 3:30 in the afternoon. I was naive to believe the words they said to my face. I came back an hour later when I was told and they said “ yea we don’t have any in stock and we will have to order tomorrow”. Ummmmm??????????? Now my wife will suffer all night and most if not all of the day tomorrow because of them either being over booked and not having enough employees back there or just sheer laziness. Either was super disappointing from these grown adults that deal with peoples lives and how they function. I can promise you I will never order anything from this pharmacy and maybe not ever at a Walgreens again. I was under the assumption that they do this for a living but I guess I was stupid to think that. Thank you so much Walgreens for severely affecting my wife because of negligence. I really hope you can get your act together because these cracks spread fast and before you know it no one will have faith that you can deliver the things you promised. Again I understand that things happen, but I just think about all the people who need life saving medicine and need things to be on time. I wouldn’t trust this Walgreens with that responsibility. I understand this is sounds dramatic and maybe it is but just be cautious that they will lie straight to your face.

Had anyone else received a fraudulent charge to there card after visiting the Pharmacy drive thru 11/01/2023?? We only used our card today at this location only, clerk disappeared with my wife's card, hour later, an attempt charge of $99 submitted from Instacart. Between 7pm and 8:30 pm. Seems very sketchy..!!! Be careful, not accusing anyone but the lady had my wife's card until we received medicine. Will contact manager and file charges
