The absolute worst service at the pharmacy every single time. You will be on hold for at least 10 mins. One time they put me on hold for 30 minutes and just kept hanging up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t happen once or twice or even three times, it happens ever single time I need my prescription. On top of that, they will say my prescription is ready and once I get there they have nothing ready and don’t even know what I’m talking about when asking for my meds. Worst service ever.

If you can accommodate just go to CVS Pharmacy which is close by. One of the ladies is usually nice but for the most part they are rude and impatient. Less than impressed. Never been an issue with the actual drugs but a few encounters haven't been great.

We have been going here for 24 years. Besides the side show of drunk customers every blue moon it is a very clean well organized location. They are helpful and have a lot of items that you might need to pick up spur of the moment.

This place is awful. I’ve stopped and moved all to HEB. I’ve had missing prescriptions, cancelled prescriptions, told they were available only be told the automatic system was wrong. They are slow and I worry about hygiene. Go somewhere else.

I always have my prescription refilled here. The process is easy. The staff will contact me or my doctor if something happens. One time I see one of my prescriptions' bill is high, compare to what I have been charged before, calling pharmacy to ask why and the staff explained me due to the insurance policy, I refilled earlier than the time insurance allowed so insurance didn't pay. So I asked the staff to calculate the date the insurance would pay and if he had coupon. After that, I got my medications and only paying little. I love Walgreens system, everything is through email, they will tell if prescription is ready to pickup, and money I would pay so I can prepare in advance. If having any questions, I can call before coming to the store to save time. Highly recommended!
