I want to thank Donella Campos in the map department, she has been a true blessing she has helped me with my sons medications and helped with the applications for both medications from start to finish and without her I would be lost and struggling trying to figure out how to get my sons meds. She is family to me and I thank god every day for bring her into our lives, Thank you a Donella for everything you do in the map department you help save lives ❤️

I'm a huge fan of this pharmacy. I've never been told they are out of a medication and if it's not ready they will provide you with necessary information they need and/or get rx ready within 10-20 minutes, max. They are very good with their website and medication notifications. Thank YOU Rober Green RX employees! Excellent work! 🫡

Miss Vanessa Romero was extremely helpful with getting me my medication. I had called the company’s number and the assistant I got was very rude and impatient. I called. MAP and spoke to another young lady and explained what had happened a few minutes later. Miss Vanessa called me and explained to me that everything was taken care of. She checked on my prescription and told me that it was going to be expedited and that I would be getting a text message letting me know when my med was shipped out. I was upset by how I was treated by that other young lady from that company, but Miss Vanessa made me feel better. We need more young ladies like her.

Three years ago I was diagnosed with Psoriasis and the cost of Humira injections being very expensive. I was introduced to the Medication Assistance Program (MAP). Norma Sambrano, CPhT/RPhT at Robert B. Green Campus- University Health has been a tremendous help. She was always on top of my application and helped me all the way till I got approved with AbbVie. Definitely a great program that has helped many!

The staff here is always friendly, efficient, and professional. They’re punctual, accurate, and get straight to the point without wasting time. This clinic has really been there for me when I had nowhere else to go — it truly feels like my off-site village. I’m grateful for the care and support I receive every time.
