I just now spoke with the rudest young lady at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I wasn’t given her name and when I went to ask for it, I was hung up on. I called in reference to a prescription that they hadn’t ran the good RX coupon on and she wanted to argue with me about the price that I had sitting in front of me with a good RX . My insurance does not cover this prescription . So I just listened to her for a little while she ran continued to be yell ant me and asked her to kindly run the coupon and of course I was correct. It was $40 cheaper and then she conveniently hung the phone up very rudely while I asked her name .

My son and I went there for the first time to get our flu and Covid shots in Jan 2025. We had an appointment and we went to check-in at the vaccination window which had the metal screen rolled down. I knocked on it several times with no answer and I could hear people talking. I saw that there was a line going to the pharmacy window so we waited in that line for 15 mins. When we finally got up there, the lady said why didn't you sign in with the BIG QRC code at the consultation window. I told her I didn't know it was there. ( Why would I go there if I was there for vaccinations). Thankfully, see didn't make us go back in line. The person who gave us our vaccination was very respectful and nice -great customer service anyone would have as expectation. The lady who checked us in was rude. Employees should never be rude and it doesn't matter how busy it is. Customer service is what helps keep companies in business. Never going back there again. I'm sticking with CVS even if I have to go 5-10 miles more down the road. I'm just waiting for Walmart to accept TRICARE again. Even though they are busy, I always get great customer service!!! RECOMMENDATION ... put a sign or note on the vaccination metal roll down screen, specifying where to check in or put another BIG QRC sign at the vaccination window. Makes sense for people getting their vaccinations at a specific Walgreens for the first time. Not everything is intuitive. Would also recommend that Walgreens give training on customer service at the pharmacy.

I have to say, this is the most efficient pharmacy I've ever been to. The drive-thru line can be long sometimes but moves at a very fast pace. The young female pharmacist is absolutely incredible and honestly a breath of fresh air. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always thoroughly answers all my questions. I've gone to Walmart, CVS, and Rite Aid in the past, but now I won't go anywhere else.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Went to pick up my prescription that I have been getting for months, I do not have a copay and my insurance hasn’t changed but for some reason it was taking well over 15 minutes in the drive through. I rang in to ask how much longer and the employee snapped at me with a very rude tone that she was working on it. After another few minutes I rang again because I had somewhere to be and she hung up on me. When I rang one more time a man answered and talked over me loudly while I just tried to ask for my insurance card back so I could leave. I transferred my prescription that evening to another pharmacy. And low and behold when I went to pick up my medicine the next day at the new pharmacy I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. There is no excuse for A) the rude attitude and B) it taking so long when I’ve picked up multiple times before but a new pharmacy can have it done ASAP. Walgreens will no longer be getting my business.

I don’t know why the reviews are bad here. The staff at this location are the most friendly and efficient I’ve had the experience with at any pharmacy period
