Made an appt for the flu shots for my daughter and I, but was told they didn't have enough insurance info to get my daughter's approved. She has the EXACT same thing I do and they could confirm me. I suspect "Mr. Bill" was trying to get out of giving the vaccines because they were clearly busy and understaffed. Extremely frustrating!!

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve waited over 20 minutes multiple times just to be hung up on. Someone will pick up the line and put it back on hold. This is terrible! Very unprofessional. Walgreens is such a large company but can’t properly staff their locations? What a joke. Looking for new pharmacy.

The Walgreens on Constitution is an absolute wreck of a pharmacy for anyone that really needs their medication. On multiple occasions they have not had prescriptions ready after ordering them ahead a week. When their pharmacist is sick they just shut down..FOR DAYS! SOME OF US HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS WHICH CAN'T BE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE Walgreens to another so if your meds run out and the Pharmacist is sick you can go days without your meds. The only option is to hopefully get in touch with your doctor, have them cancel that prescription and then send a new one electronically to another pharmacy. They also close for lunch, close on the weekends and often close the drive though without notice (very bad for those of us who are disabled). Don't get me started on their phone system and practices. I Shame on you Walgreens at Town Center. Do Better

This place is so slow. I'm severely sick and they can't even fill a prescription within two hours. I just called them an hour and a half ago asking what's going on. "It's almost ready" .. this prescription was sent in six hours ago.. and counting. Get your crap together.

Pharmacy technicians are rude and unhelpful. I have multiple times now have a pharmacy technician at this location tell me they cannot find my prescription or that my prescriber needs to resend, and then upon requesting to speak with the on-staff pharmacist suddenly they are able to find my prescription information that they were just telling me needed to be resent. The staff here does not care about their customers. Take your business elsewhere, especially if you depend on being able to reliably fill your prescriptions.
