On Sunday I had 2 prescriptions to pick up. There were mistakes with the medications because of all my allergies. The pharmacist called the hospital 5 times to clear up the medications. Wonderful m as n!

I would say their customer service has gotten a little bit better. I can remember i would walk up to the pharmacy counter and no one would greet me or acknowledge me at all until I said something to them....like hellooooooooo...im here to pick all while standing at the pick up counter Now this is the location on Farwall off of Brady Street .

VERY POOR customer service. I receive countless text messages from CVS that the pharmacy disavows saying its from "corporate." The texted information is often wrong and/or confusing. Again, pharmacy staff take no responsibility for this and blame "corporate." Also, pharmacy staff is not very privacy conscious often yelling across the pharmacy with personal and private information while other customers are present. I don't want to change pharmacies I want them to fix their problems!!!

Hadn't been to CVS for quite some time. When I entered it field familiar and I didn't know how much I had missed it. In particular the pharmacy, the service, the willingness to take a few moments with me to answer my questions.

I had a antibiotic filled at the Farwell store in Milwaukee very quickly and he was able to transfer the prescription to the store from the Downer store which is closed on Sunday!
