My Husband's Employer switched to this company, They are Horrible. They have repeatedly Denied the Medication and devices My Type 1 Diabetic 10 Year old NEEDS, Including the insulin he has been on for over 5 Years. They even denied a Glucometer that they pre approved in a previous Letter. Stay away, Far far away. 🤦‍♀️

I am so pleased with this mail order prescription vendor. Refills are so easy, and my home delivery is usually only 2 days after ordering. I also save $50/month on one of my prescriptions as compared to the national chain (which isn't always pharmacist staffed). There is always a Serve You RX pharmacist available to consult with if needed.

The absolute worst. Be sure to send it here first if that is your insurances only option because they are incapable of transfers. I have to call in to make sure they do transfers right and refill right because they have messed up at least four times. They don't seem to understand the risk of withdrawals. They tell you 10 days to do a transfer, it has been over 7 days and they told me they are still in the faxing stage. This would not be the first time they messed up and won't be the last. If you don't want to go through severe withdrawals you have to constantly call them to make sure they are doing their job and even then call again because it won't be on auto refill when you request it the first time once it eventually arrives there. I could not be more disappointed, I don't think these people could handle fast food let alone deal w serious medications. Some of my co-workers just use Good Rx and pay more because Serve You is so terrible. Had to give one star to be able to post, but they are deep into the negatives. I work in health care and sadly my company forces me to use Serve You.

Automated phone ordering is easy and reliable. Customer service when needed has been helpful and courteous and I have never had a problem reaching a live person. Verification delays have occurred, but I follow new scripts with Dr's and Serve You to ensure we have what we need. On occasions when time becomes an issue, our Dr's will provide a low count script for a local pharmacy. We are saving a lot of money with Serve You. Only complaint is that they (understandably) use different manufacturers and when pills look different, it can become slightly confusing. We adapt.

I have been a customer of Serve You Rx for six years or more, and I have found the mail-order pharmacy to be very efficient. It is well organized, run by skilled and intelligent people, and is constantly trying to do a difficult job even better. Without hesitation I rate my satisfaction with 5 stars.
