I arrived at the store at 10:35pm and a very rude employee had shut and locked the door saying there were too many people inside and she wanted to go home. When I pointed out the time she responded she could close early at her discretion. By 10:40 the last customer had left and the lights were out.

I parked in the parking lot after dropping my daughter off at an event. I left to go get some coffee and was going to return and go to Walgreens to get something for my daughter. By the time I got back less than 20 minutes later. The car was towed. There are no signs as to a time limit or if I have to proceed directly into the store . I had to pay 240.00 to recover my vehicle. This act was unnecessary, petty and deplorable. Someone is watching the parking lot and calling the tow company to come get vehicles. This is the worst Walgreens experience I have ever had and I hope no one shops here .

Be warned: They close early, the posted hours do not apply. We went to buy one small hygiene item well before their posted closing time of 11pm. They already locked the door and wouldn't let us (and another man trying to buy a toothbrush) in, telling us they were closed. As seen in the other recent reviews, this is certainly a recurring issue. Please honor your posted hours, or update to correctly reflect your open hours.

The staff here is wonderful, always friendly and patient. They handle a wide range of customer behavior with professionalism and kindness, from those in difficult circumstances to very demanding shoppers. I also understand why so many items are locked up, as I’ve unfortunately witnessed theft on several occasions. My only frustration is that the posted hours aren’t consistently honored. The store often closes earlier than advertised.

This Walgreens lies about it's open hours. The sign on the store and posted on maps says it closes at 11pm. IT DOES NOT! We arrived at 10:10pm after walking a half mile from our hotel and it was closed. Five other people were also walking up from their hotel at the same time. If you don't stay open until 11pm then change the sign posted on your business AND the hours you post online. Stop wasting people's time. Just don't go to this Walgreens. Who knows when it closes. Better yet, if Walgreens cares so little about its customer's time, go somewhere else entirely. Maybe a CVS.
