Had a really bad experience with the pharmacy team over the phone 2 days ago. Walgreens was not built on bad attitudes and bad customer service. It was built off of great customer service and the convenience for the community. They should be more mindful of how they speak with people because people are not there because they want to be is because they have to. Mike the pharmacy manager smooth things over. He was empathetic and heard my concerns and I appreciate it that.

Prices are expensive and all the cold drinks are locked up to prevent shoplifting. Only one staff member that I noticed. It did come through for me when I had two of my buddies get food poisoning on a trip so I can't be too hard on it though.

why would they tell me that my prescription is ready when I call and then I go out of my way to come pick it up and then they say it’s not ready and I have to come back in two hours. People value their time! Also literally been waiting 30 minutes on the phone for one of them to pick up. It’s not lunch hours. Ridiculous. I’m switching to a different pharmacy after this. Every experience I’ve had with this pharmacy has been god awful.

I’ve struggled immensely with this pharmacy for the past year. Basic prescriptions routinely require 2+ visits even after getting false text confirmations saying that my prescription has been filled. Schedule II prescriptions (adhd meds & testosterone gel) have routinely taken me 3-5 visits to fill because they never answer the phone & different employees give you different answers & they blame everyone but themselves when you finally call them out on their mistakes. I’ve since switched to filling all of my prescriptions at Froedtert and it’s a lot less convenient, but being able to actually receive all of my prescriptions on the first try has been completely worth it. Do not waste your time here even if the location is ideal— it’s far and away the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.

Unsafe, heckled, and online order not even filled. Security guard at front door did nothing when my wife was approached and jeered walking both in and out. Homeless were panhandling openly. The store employees had no Walgreens identification, they were dressed just as “professional” as the homeless outside. Our online order was not delivered. Contacted the store and they promised to fill the order and send it DoorDash. Never happened. So we went to the store, no order was filled, and it was a frightening experience. Never again. Please avoid this location.
