Has on multiple occasions given me half of my 30 day supply, despite telling my insurance it was a 30 day supply. Also has on multiple occasions overlooked “patient pickup only” labels.

I will never use this Pharmacy again. It is by far the most confused Pharmacy I have ever used in my lifetime and I can't believe how many mistakes they make without making good about it. I have been waiting over a month for my prescription because some irresponsible employee there had not read the note from my doctor's office about my prescription that it was refilled and then after over a year of picking up 30 days to find out they are doing three months refill without even letting me know. I don't like changes without being informed and I don't like waiting for prescription that I need to be able to eat day to day. I highly recommend not using this Pharmacy because they treat you poorly and they blame you for their mistakes they make. No wonder there are so many Walgreens closing down with employees like this. Good riddance

I have left this pharmacy no longer willing to be abused. The pharmacists are arrogant, treating patients like petulant children. One pharmacist refused to fill a prescription from my physician, confusing the dates and the dosage. My doctor was flabbergasted. Getting my medication filled was a battle every month, causing my blood pressure to rise to dangerous levels. Truly, the pharmacists at the Walgreens on Howell and Wilbur do not care if you live or die. I have since switched pharmacies to the Walgreens in Greendale. It’s a 25 minute drive, but it’s worth the hassle to be treated like a human being. Do not use this pharmacy for the sake of your health.

This is my local pharmacy, and every single time I go there, everyone is extremely rude and judgmental. They have attitudes all the time, and the lines are always to the front of the store. Its sad that people can be so inhumane. Every time i need my prescriptions filled i have to deal with ignorance. Today i went to fill my prescriptions and they said oh you will need to wait 2 hours because we’re going on lunch for an hour. Although I understand we all deserve to a lunch but when you have a really sick woman with hives all over her body and need medication as soon as possible, i find it pretty sad. There is no way that i could go sit down to eat a lunch knowing this woman told me she is in dire need of medication before she falls into the ER. The cashier said i dont think we can fill the scripts hold on let me check. I sat there for a half an hour for them to close the gates and not even tell me anything. Just sat there looking dumb. Overall it’s always a horrible experience for me. I would give them 0 stars if i could. Come on people we need to be more kind, you never know what someone is going through.
