I had a very important migraine medication that my insurance approved that I waited on an update from the pharmacy about. Usually with medication that gets sent for approval to insurance if I don't hear anything from the company or from the pharmacy it's safe to say it wasn't approved. I even called the pharmacy to make sure and they told me it wasn't approved. I call my doctor to talk about another option and they inform me that it was in fact approved. I call the pharmacy right away to ask about it and they tell me they didn't see the approval and they'll fill it. It's been well over a month and a half at that point I went without medicine to make my health better because some idiot couldn't do their job and just whoopsie didn't see the approval from my insurance that's been sitting in the system and lied to my face telling me it wasn't approved because they were too lazy to look properly in the first place. Not only that but on multiple occasions this place has had prescriptions out of stock and horrifically delayed. On one occasion I needed a refill to a prescription I had only picked up and gotten no refills on just yet. I was told that I had no more refills while staring at the bottle that says "2 more refills" on it and also looking at the order online that the genius filled in that has a completely different number than the one I gave for my prescription. I had to just get a new prescription filled from my doctor entirely. I was even hung up on by some belligerent lady that just couldn't be bothered to do her job I guess and go figure I called to be helped with transferring prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Don't send anything here if you're expecting competent staff, stocked product, or polite service.

It's horrible everything's locked up!!! You got to look for people to unlock it and there's nobody ever around!! In your prices are outrageous!!!!

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. PHARMACY. THEY. DO. NOT. CARE. they don't care about what your medication is for, they dont care if they give you less than what you need, they dont care about matching your medications so you get them both at the same time. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU GET YOUR MEDICINE ON TIME so for the love of god, use another pharmacy. especially if it is medication you will die without, do not go here.
