Very unreliable on the delivery dates and now it’s been 4 days no sleep and can’t eat get comfortable sitting standing and have been having to sleep on the floor to try and sleep or relax for just a few minutes and I am not even talking about once or twice the dates are incorrect over half of the times I’ve had to have my pain meds that go with the acupuncture sessions. In return the last session was ineffective because of how out of control the pain was because of not having my medication .

AltaMed continues to be overextended in providing health services, which is a reflection of the condition of medical industry. The staff is overwhelmed with people needing services. Appointments are months away, probably because of possible shortage of doctors. The facility itself is clean.

AltaMed has great service at their clinics, and their pharmacy at this location is no exception. I have been a member for over 12 years, have had the best doctor my favorite doctor ever, and this pharmacy also has the BEST staff anywhere. They are efficient, kind, caring and professional.. a fairly young group but on top of their game. Exceptional!!!!

Staff and Drs are professional, if they give you a referral and you don't like it. They give you another one.

Altamed is by far the worst healthcare network. There pharmacy is no exception. Who calls 5 minutes before closing that they have meds available on a Saturday for a patient who is still at urgent care ? And then we can’t transfer medication due to them holding the meds and now we have to wait until Monday for the medications to be picked up. If you can, please go to a different network. This place extorts their mission of “helping the less fortunate” by providing bottom of the barrel health care.
