Fantastic pharmacy. Everything about it is great. My doctor sent over the prescription. They reached out to me soon after that to find out if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. Delivery was simple and a great experience. You simply sign a form on you phone if you aren’t going to be home and they will leave it on your doorstep. You then get a text when it is out for delivery and estimated delivery time. Once delivered if it is left on your doorstep they send multiple pictures to show exactly where they left it. I will be recommending everyone I know to this pharmacy.

Thank you Anaheim Pharmacy!! I am blessed to receive referral to your pharmacy! No wonder you have 5 Star 🌟 Rating!! I had problems with CVS WESTSIDE AREA! I guess CVS is so BIG, they forget why patients request their Customer Service! I am a survivor of falling down 24 stairs, while working as Property Mgmt Company Controller! My employer did understand the importance of SAFETY ISSUES! I was his RISK MGMT DEPT, as well! I wrote up 3 maintenance request to no avail! I even spoke with him in his office, before my life changed! I am 70% Disabled & live with Chronic Serve Pain every day!! Plus, 7 years later a woman was speeding & ran red light! My vehicle was a total loss! It’s okay! I am lucky to be alive! God has a plan for me to help others!! I have had 20+ surgical procedures & another one in 2 days!! I was told that you need to have an understanding with your Pharmacist, so they understand the Scope of your Medical Issues!! I don’t mind driving to this Pharmacy, because I received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Pharmacist, Ken & Luis G., Pharmacist Tech are great listeners & suggest better options! This IS THE WAY YOUR PHARMACIST should help!! I am very HAPPY & PLEASED with their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE for patients that don’t need to be ignored or get the run around! I don’t go out every day! I was told that you need to create a Personal Relationship with regards to 25 Diagnosis!! My Dr is very well known & a specialist. I searched for him for over 12 years!! Therefore, Luis & Ken understand this IS VERY SERIOUS! I am blessed 😇 to find this pharmacy who understands their purpose to HELP PATIENTS with disabilities & Serve Chronic Pain!! Nobody should live like this! However, with Luis & Ken with Dr Lim excellent support my life is better, so I can take care of Water 💦 Damage Claim & serveral other legal issues… Thank you 🙏🏼 for you support & helping me get out of bed!! I would RATE your Pharmacy with 10 🌟!! I love ❤️ EXCELLENT Customer Service! I was trained by VONS, 1977! Give 120% = JOB SECURITY!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ken and Luis went above and beyond to try an find my moms medication which CVS was unable to do. Very happy with their service and what they did for my mom!

Never got a follow up on my precription that my Dr. Sent over. It's been almost 3 weeks and never heard anything after 1st call.

The pharmacist was very nice and care for patients and gave educated clearly about the prescriptions and covered with insurance. Thanks to Ken the Pharmacist.
