I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Over the past several days, I have personally spoken with two different pharmacists from this pharmacy and clearly requested that they stop contacting patients associated with our practice. Despite these conversations, the calls have continued by Linda, creating confusion and frustration for both our office and our patients. What concerns me most is that many of these patients did not request to be contacted by this pharmacy and were surprised to receive calls. As a healthcare professional, patient trust and privacy are extremely important to me. Naturally, this raises questions about how patient information was obtained and why repeated outreach continued after concerns were brought directly to the pharmacy’s attention. The healthcare field relies on professionalism, ethical business practices, and respect for established patient-provider relationships. When patients receive unexpected calls encouraging them to transfer prescriptions or change pharmacies, it can create unnecessary confusion regarding their care and treatment plans. I made every effort to address this matter privately before posting a review. I contacted the pharmacy directly, spoke with staff, and expressed my concerns respectfully. Unfortunately, despite these discussions, the issue persisted. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, reviews their patient outreach practices, and ensures that future communications are conducted with greater transparency and respect. Patients deserve to know why they are being contacted, how their information was obtained, and to have their preferences honored when they do not wish to receive further calls. I am sharing this review so that others can make informed decisions and so the pharmacy has an opportunity to improve its communication and customer service practices moving forward.

Linda has great knowledge and great customer service . She is very attentive and cares about her patients . Tran helped transfer my parents prescriptions from St. Marys community within minutes and Linda delivered medication quickly. Go to Pharmacy 1 they care about patient satisfaction and health .

The team was phenomenal—professional, helpful, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Truly appreciate their excellent service
