Worst pharmacy service I've ever experienced in my life. More than 30 minutes waiting all the time. The option to mail he prescriptions home never worked, the status is always "in progress" forcing me to shop up at the pharmacy and wait hours for a prescription never prepared! Next year no more kaiser!

I drive from LA to get my meds in the OC pharmacy cause they are way nicer, faster, and always smiling.

Current drug shortages can make dealing with pharmacies difficult. But, all it takes is a patient, kind, efficient pharmacy tech like Jose, at Kaiser Ana-Kramer, to smooth things over and find a solution. Jose has helped me locate out of stock medication several times in the past. Usually, this has happens while I’m waiting at the counter and he patiently contacts other Kaiser pharmacies and then transfers my script. Today, I called in and got Jose on the phone. They were obviously busy, yet he got started on hunting down my med. HERE’s the kicker! After holding for about 10 minutes we got disconnected 😫. I tried calling back but could not get back through the pharmacy’s auto phone system. I really thought I would be out of luck and have to start over, or drive 20 minutes to the facility to wait in line. BUT!!! About 10 minutes later Jose called me back like a champ!!! He found a pharmacy with the medication, transferred my script and called me back. That is excellent customer service and follow-up. Thank you Jose, you went above and beyond!! 🏆

Drove over 15 miles to pick up a prescription refill, that I was told would be put on hold for a week, two days after the phone call, only to discover that some pharmacy jerks sold 3/4 of our prescription out from under us. Unethical staff should have their license revoked.
