Items always readily available. Service awesome and quick. Everything locked up but that's the times we live in. Thank you for being open.

Why has CVS gone all in on the virtual customer no-service model? All I want to do is request a refill and I cannot get anywhere or anyone on the phone but some "virtual assistant" that cannot connect me anywhere. There is zero option. You cannot get away from her whiny voice. Now I have to make an extra trip to the store instead of just keying in my RX number.

Only 3 shopping carts available for customers, so if you need one, you can wait for someone to be done. Luckily the lady working the front found an empty cart and brought one to me. Pharmacy busy as usual. The employees working there were friendly and greeting as soon as you walk in. Plenty of parking available. They do have self checkout, 2 kiosks. Plenty of items and we'll stocked compared to other CVS.

CVS has made it impossible to speak with the pharmacy over the phone. More people will die because of this as it's more difficult than ever to speak with the pharmacy staff. Why do I need to play phone tag just to confirm that my prescription can be filled? The app does not do a good job at providing resolutions to these issues. Absolutely horrible.

I never give bad reviews but the girl in the pharmacy never gave me my debit card back. I didn't notice until I was already back home. Then came back and she didn't even apologize. Super frustrating.
