Definitely if can avoid do so. Getting help for a item that's locked can be a very long wait . Not blaming workers but just very inconvenient shopping there. Besides the shady people in /around store.

It does not have restrooms for the customers that are an extreme need that come in. And cannot stand in the pharmacy line because they have to use a restroom for an emergency. I had to switch over from rite aid, which had restrooms for the customers with a key, never an issue.

I've been using CVS pharmacy for a couple years now. Their employee's are always eager to help me find Whatever I need. Extremely professional and courteous individuals in the pharmacy. I Thank them all for that very much. God bless everyone and happy holidays.

My request to management is get someone who is customer oriented we went to get our medication and was served by Candy who displayed very poor customer service very unprofessional the tone she used was unacceptable and the end she just left a bag to fill our medication turned and left we had to reach in to get our medication if you are having a bad day please stay away from customer service we don't your rudeness and unprofessional attitude spoiling our day and I hope the management does provide trainings for customer relations

Pharmacy seems understaffed many days, but they’re pleasant. I no longer shop at CVS because EVERYTHING is locked and it takes too long for them to respond to the audible bell request. That action alone has caused me to become an online shopper despite my preference of shopping at brick & mortar stores
