Normally they are pretty good but last month it took a week to get my prescription filled. They previously filled my prescription from the manufacturer which took 2 days but for some reason they are filling it from their central warehouse now. When I kept calling about it, their attitude wasn't concern or helpfulness. It was more like there was nothing they could do about it and that's the way it is now. I order in advance but my prescription provider will only let me order it a few days early. I had to go without my meds for 4 days.

Everything is locked up - impossible to actually browse or shop - and there are always no more than 2 staff working (hard, to be fair) at any given time, so getting someone to come unlock the shelves takes forever. I’ve been waiting in the pharmacy drive-thru for half an hour and still have 2 cars ahead of me. Hire more people and pay them well, and don’t allow people to hog the drive-thru window while their prescriptions are being filled!!

The staff was friendly and helpful enough but the exterior was a total mess. Trash everywhere. I am disabled and found myself knocking trash out of the way with my cane so I wouldn't trip. Completely unacceptable.

I had a great experience as a CVS member. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was quick and well organized. Thank you for the excellent support.

Its very dirty in the waiting area, always long lines. They told i only had 1 meds but I had 3 as usual. So I had to hold home and call with my refill rx, and I had to go back down and pick up the other. Very inconvenient. So I hv transferring prescription to another pharmacy. To dirty for me and very awful service .
