If my Dr signs off on my meds a week and a half before I can come and pick them up. Why do I have to wait for them when I get there? And most times I am coming with my autistic and adhd grandsons, who doesnt like to wait in line or in the car waiting for meds that should have been ready. Hire more of whatever you need to get the job done.. This is crazy for ppl who come from afar like me. Over 45 min away.. I wont even talk about waiting over an hour and a half for a phone appointment. (ON HOLD) at that.. How does the assistant call you just to twll you that the Dr will be with you ahortly and your waiting and waiting. THIS IS NOT OK AT ALLLLLL. We do have family and other things that we need to do. We can not be on hold for this long. This also happens in person. Let's do better. You use to be called CARES for a reason. CAN WE GET BACK TO THAT????!!!

RACHEL! In the pharmacy is amazing super efficient and competent a breath of fresh air! As well as doctor shelby muellar! Hardworking during Christmas and the holiday season! Made the process smooth and easy where everywhere else has been extremely rude and difficult and judgmental ! They have been life savers…. A place like this is what really helps the community thrive I pray they always get the funding and support they need to continue saving lives everyday they deserve the world! Thank you to all of the wonderful healthcare workers there god will bless every each one of them that work so hard

No matter how busy they are, the staff on the phone and in pharmacy staff are amazing! Always go the extra mile to help my family and I get our needed medication. We are at the beginning of 2026, insurances are resetting, so the hold times will be longer, and flu cases are up people get sick. Give every one at One Community Health (and other offices/pharmacies) grace. Theyre doing the best they can. Luptowski Family appreciates you, One Community Health!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Every time I have texted for a refill they get back to me in a reasonable amount of time and usually have it filled the same day. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for over a year and have never had any problems.

I can not say enough amazing words about this Pharmacy, as well as the Clinics (Building A and B) the staff are just the BEST AND CARING LIKE NO OTHER. If your looking for a one stop Clinic Facility, look no further you will be so glad you did.
