The pharmacy (located in the back of the store): I found this gem of a pharmacy many years ago when I was looking for an alternative to a large chain. No lines, the absolute best customer service & personalized care (including text reminders if you’d like), no problem getting obscure/complicated medications, I’ve had no insurance or copay issues because the pharmacist takes the time to research, make calls, triple check coverage, etc. I am so thankful and grateful for Charlie’s Pharmacy. I can’t imagine ever suffering through another long line in a stuffy, florescent-lit-nightmare-of-a Walgreens ever again. If you appreciate being treated as a human instead of a number, with kindness, patience & empathy, & you value family-owned local businesses, then transfer your meds to Charlie’s!

In Charle’s Drugs, I have what mostly no longer exists in most of America, MY PHARMACIST. Not only is pharmacist Hank highly knowledgeable and intelligent, he truly cares about his patients. He was able to get me medications that no one else could during a global supply shortage. And just this week we had a long conversation while I leveraged his expertise to help choose a MediCare Part D plan. I’d give him 50 stars if I could. The new owners of the broader business are doing great things on the grocery side. This is a true neighborhood treasure.

I love Charlie's! Hank is courteous and professional. It's easy to get in touch with him over text or a phone call, and there's never a line at the store. It's made managing my prescriptions much less of a hassle - I really appreciate your help!

I love Charlie's! They always have my prescriptions when they say they will -- unlike the crappy big chain I used to patronize. I never have to wait and the staff, especially Hank, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Best pharmacy I've ever had.

When that big chain in town shut my usual store (and the only other one I walk by frequently) I figured I may as well try the place I lived near for 20 years and only recently learned there's a pharmacy in the back corner. Picked up my first prescriptions last month with no problem and at the same cost I had at the other place. Stopped in today for the 2nd month and it blew me away that he remembered my name as soon as I walked up! Glad I switched!
